Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use xlink.plus (“we”, “us”), the link-in-bio service at xlink.plus. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

1. Your account

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent where you live) to create an account. Keep your password safe. You are responsible for everything that happens on your account. You must give a real email address and confirm it before your page goes public.

2. Your page and content

You keep ownership of everything you add to your page. You give us a licence to host, display and share it so we can run the service. You are responsible for your content and for the sites you link to.

You must not use xlink.plus to:

• break the law, or link to content that does, including illegal content, malware, phishing or scams
• pretend to be another person, brand or organisation, or use a username in a misleading way
• harass, threaten or abuse others, or share hateful, violent or sexually explicit content involving minors
• send spam, or abuse the service (for example with automated sign-ups, scraping, or attempts to break our security)

We can remove content, reclaim usernames or suspend accounts that break these rules, or that we need to act on to protect visitors or the service. Where it’s reasonable, we’ll tell you why.

3. Usernames

Usernames are first come, first served. We may reserve or reclaim usernames that infringe trademarks, impersonate others, or have been inactive and unverified for a long time.

4. Pro subscriptions

Pro costs £3 per month or £30 per year, billed in advance through our payment provider, Stripe. Prices include any VAT that applies. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing, and Pro stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for. If you are a consumer in the UK, you have 14 days from your first purchase to cancel for a full refund. After that, payments are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. If we change prices, we’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice before your next renewal.

If Pro ends, your account returns to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted. Links beyond the free limit are hidden from your page, and custom themes switch back to your chosen preset.

5. Availability

We work hard to keep xlink.plus fast and online, but we can’t promise it will never be interrupted. We may change or improve features over time.

6. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for content on sites you or others link to. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

7. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. This permanently removes your page and data. We may close accounts that break these terms.

8. Changes and law

We may update these terms, and we’ll tell you by email or in your dashboard about any important change. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
